We need a lot of bad-product replacement /refund regulations in place till sites like Woot finally come in and rule the Indian product sale arena...
The retailer does not refund, or offer replacement (if he has no fresh stock), the distri couldnt care less, the manuf says, "send it for servicing" ... I discovered all this cuz of a nice web cam i purchased recently that bluddy doesnt work !
